I am using Sage 50 and have a question regarding VAT tax codes when purchasing digital services from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (e.g., Facebook ads). As a UK VAT-registered business, I understand that services provided by EU suppliers are generally subject to the reverse charge mechanism, but I’m not entirely sure about the specific tax code to use for this transaction.
