Customer Account Details

We have an existing customer account which we have had for a number of years, however recently when creating a Sales Order the account details box is blank (ie the account name and address does not appear).

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there a fix for this?

Thanks for using Community Hub.

Just to dig into this a bit further does this only affect the one customer? Does the same thing occur on other layouts or if you run the layout to preview? if you open the customer record to check their details, is the information still present in that window?
