A Critical error has been encountered in Sage 50 Accounts

Hi All

A colleague of mine was working in Sage on Friday and she got the below error message come up on her screen.

"A critical error has been encountered in Sage 50 Accounts".

Information about the error has been saved to your desktop.

Please contact Customer Services for more information

To avoid damage to your data, Sage 50 Accounts will now close."

Nothing has been saved to the user's desktop but as Sage data is server based, it may be on the server somewhere but I don't have access to that.

I have run a check data and it shows no errors.

Has anyone else had this and do you know if it's ok to continue to use or do I need to contact Sage Customer Services (Is this the latest name for Sage Support)?
