URGENT HELP!!! We can not access remote data access because an unknown user is logged in.

Question

Hi there. 
 There is nobody else within sage, i believe there is a fault where something is triggering sage remote data access to think that there is another user logged in. The error states no user or machine. 
 What can i do!
