Errors on V32

Question

Hi, I am consistently getting the message that 'errors have been detected etc'. When I check data, there are no errors found. I have checked that everyone is on the same version, I have reindexed and compressed, I have re-started. But everytime I log back in the same thing happens. We have lost half a days work now as a result, can anyone out there help?

Hi Dargan,

I've not seen a situation before where errors are reported on start-up but not found by the check data report.

I did wonder if it related to Backup Manager, which has an option to stop the message appearing unless the number of errors increases, you can read more here: Backup Manager - Errors detected

If this isn't Backup Manager related then I'd recommend contacting Sage Technical Support for further troubleshooting.
