Sage Product: Sage 50 Accounts Essentials

We had issues with out service invoice layouts with Version 32 we raised a question regarding the character amount allowed in the service invoices, this appears to have been resolved in Version 33.1 only to cause a further issue, it seems that the layouts do not print as per the screen - items 2, 3 and onwards the item price does not line up with the item description when printing off the invoice, the pricing appears further down the page.  We have checked out printer and everything else prints as normal.  We have found that the only way to resolve the issue is to export the invoice into a file and print it from there.  Can you advise how to rectify this problem allowing us to print the invoice direct rather than exporting it to a file, thank you.
