Do you have a nominal code set up for something like repairs or property maintenance? I'd put it in there. If you wanted to you could set up a new nominal for servicing these alarms, but I doubt you'd have enough content to really need a separate nominal.

and

7803: Premises Expenses?

Is 7800 normally used for tool/equipment repairs? If it is, I'd use 7803 in this case. If not, I'd use 7800.

Usually this would fall under the overheads section of your profit and loss, We cant recommend a specific code i am afraid. We would just need to look at what you currently have and if you then wish to add more.
