Remote access issues - reverting to v.29 from v.30

SUGGESTED

Hi there,

Our client has recently updated their sage to v.30 but could not use it since it was not compatible with other software they are using. They have therefore reverted to version 29. The last time I accessed client's sage (remotely) was when client was still on version 28. I am now trying to access sage remotely but it only lets me do it via v.30. This however does not seem to be updated with the transactions client posted since they reverted to v.29. How can I access their sage via v29/how to resolve this issue?

Thanks

It’s not as simple as reverting from one version back to another, it requires a backup and remote data access to be completely removed.

The client has left the v30 data in RDA, which is why you can still see it.

If they’ve not done so already, they need to re-upload to RDA using v29 and re-invite you as the accountant. This will include a new passphrase.
