I have downloaded Sage to a new Laptop but I am unable to download the company data - I have entered the correct password and passphrase but I am getting the error message that these are incorrect. I have just updated the software  and the remote access information [having logged in as the Manager] is also telling me that the password/phase phrase is incorrect! Does anyone have any advice for me to try while I wait for the telephone line to go live?
