Question

this allows a maximum of 4 users and when I launch this software, it takes like 1 hour to load and then open.......... pls what can I do since the external hard drive is not full yet

Hi PRINCEMMY, Thanks for using Community Hub. Can I check how your system is configured? You mention 4 users, are there 4 computers networked in an office with a server or are you accessing remotely? If you're accessing remotely, how are you doing this, do you use Sage Remote Data Access , or do you remote in? Which version of the software are you using? You can find this in Help > About. Which operating system are you using? Do the speed issues affect all users or just one? Sorry to meet your post with a lot of questions, just hoping to narrow the issue down. Regards, Andy Sage UKI
