Thanks for using Community Hub.

Bank feed rules only take effect on new items coming into the bank once they have been created. Any existing items in the feed would need to be matched manually.

The 12 items were all new

Andy is there any further help you could give me. As mentioned all 12 items were new imported transactions. I expected 7 to be automatically created. But is as though the rules didn't run

I have the exact same issue. Rules not being processed.

Been told I need to try new rules to see if they work & if they don't, I need to disconnect Bank Feeds & re-do it.

Second time this has happened now - very disappointed.
