Hi, why is the Electronic Banking configuration not showing in Bank Details? We have a new start with full access, however, she is unable to process a payment run as this option to setup the electronic banking is not showing.

I believe that the e-banking download must be installed on the users PC. A new start may have a new PC without the ebanking app. It is not part of the regular Sage installation
