Supplier Receipt

Question

We are changing banks and the new bank is not linked to banking feeds and wont be but Google (a supplier) have sent me a payment to verify the new bank account - how do I post a receipt from a supplier to a supplier account not using bank feeds so my bank recs?

Thanks for your post.

If the supplier has sent you a payment that you need to show against their account and in the bank, if you're not using Bank Feeds then you would normally post a manual payment on account (PA transaction) to the supplier. The following article outlines the steps: How to post a payment on account
