Thank you.  We are using Sage 50 Accounts and Lloyds Business banking.

There can be a delay before transactions download, but if this continues this may be of help:

The following article is a trouble-shooter for Bank Feeds: Troubleshoot bank feeds issues

If you click Start on the article, then Existing Bank Feeds, then Option 1 it directs you to check the Bank Feeds Status page, then to stop and restart your Sage Services.

I recommend following those steps initially, but if problems persist you can contact Sage Technical Support
