If nobody answers that uses that bank I would advise contacting Handelsbanken and asking how to upload E-banking files as they will be able to give you a step by step guide and may even have some advice regarding using Handelsbanken with Sage.

Yes - I have an appointment booked for next Friday but I wondered in the meantime if anyone on here knew.

Hey Claire, I'm trying to do the same and getting no where fast- how did you get on?

You can use the HSBC widget.  Phone Handelsbanken tech help 0800 470 8000 and they will guide you through it.  I would download the HSBC add on and attach it to the relevant bank account on Sage first though. Sage tech help can guide you through this if you don't know how to do it.
