Hi Craig, 

This problem happens when Sage cannot access or find the folder it is being pointed towards. If you are connected to a server machine then you need to make sure your machine is able to access that path and the correct permissions are applied. 

I will link a guide which will help you identify if you are connected to a server machine and provide steps on how to resolve the problem depending on your set up.
