we changed from HSBC to Natwest the beginning of this month. I'm not planning on changing the nominal codes to add the new bank in, we are just running as a continuation on the same code.
To get the downloads from Natwest I've downloaded and run the Natwest plug in, do I need to disconnect from HSBC before I can add Natwest to the bank feed?

Is this for Bank Feeds or E-payments?
For E-payments since you've already downloaded the Natwest plug in you just need to go to that bank account > double click on it to open the bank record > go to bank details on the left and you'll see this electronic banking section, Change the dropdown to Natwest.
For bank feeds to use the same nominal code you need to disconnect the current connection by going to the grey cog and clicking "disconnect", then click "Get started" to set up your Natwest bank.
