Hi,
Is this happening when trying to preview or print, If Print can you preview first
Also are any reports at all working as this looks like either a problem with report designer (reinstall required as Administrator) or unable to find a default printer which is common on new reports being run for the first time. ?
Please try selecting one employees and click on P11d View to see if can generate a single employee P11d. If this is ok check the printer it is trying to connect to and possibly change to one that is recognised
You can also check by typing Printer in your Windows run window and see what is listed, If this persists please contact support

the Class 1A Summary will generate and i can Print PDF this (not export as it crashes). i think it is therefore to do with the report designer.
Could you advise how to reinstall please
Hi,
I would recommend Reinstall the P11d product but ensure you "Run As Admin" the installer by right clicking on the downloaded P11d file, this should ensure it installs any missing or unregistered report designer files.
If this persists please contact the support phone line.

The error now shows:
The report could not be generated,
Could not load file or assembly
'Sag e. Reporting, Engine. re·s o u rces, Version =4,0,0,0,
Culture=en, PublicKeyToken=Oa4a2ad97614f9Bd' or one of its depend'encies, The nehrvorlc path was not found,
Did you ever get this resolved?
I am experiencing the same issue since upgrading to v28.
i had to get Sage Help to redownload in a new location on my computer. Still was quite patchy as it would intermittently crash.
