Printing P11D Forms

Question

I am trying to print all of the reports as one PDF document, rather than export each individual employee's P11D as a separate document. I did it last year but can't seem to do it this year for some reason? It will be much quicker to export one PDF and then split it into 61 separate documents, than export and save 61 individual forms.

Does anyone know how to do this please?

Hi Amanda, Thanks for using Sage City. This issue can be triggered by employees with excess company cars. If any employees have more than 2 company cars, deselect them and run the report again. You can then print separate P11Ds for the employees with excess cars. If this helps, please click Verify Answer . Regards

Hi Nisha, To add the first car you can follow the steps in this article: Company cars > 
 To add a second car, click the Benefits tab, select the employee, click Company Cars and New to add a new car. Regards Andy Sage UKI
