We're launching a new program in Community Hub to highlight, recognize, and show our appreciation for your contributions. Leaderboards will award points for being an active participant, keeping Community Hub a vibrant and helpful resource.
As we start something new with leaderboards, we know you might have questions. We've put together some FAQs to explain more.
- Why are we implementing leaderboards?
Leaderboards visibly highlight and recognize members for their contributions to the community, creating a little bit of healthy competition along the way.
- What’s in it for you, our community members?
Leaderboards will showcase your knowledge, build your reputation within the community, and celebrate you for it.
- Why doesn’t every group have a leaderboard?
We're going to begin with leaderboards in certain groups first, making sure everything works well.
- What activities contribute to leaderboards?
Points are awarded with an emphasis on participation in the forums. Posting, replying, and completing your profile will earn points. You get the most points for providing a verified answer, highlighting the most effective solutions to fellow members.
- When did points start tracking for the leaderboards?
We started calculating points as of October 1, 2023, with no historical points awarded. This means everyone starts at the same level.
- How will I appear on the leaderboards?
Your Community Hub display name will be used. If you want to change it, contact us at [email protected].
We’re excited to be launching these new leaderboards, spotlighting those members who go the extra mile in helping others. If you have questions, send an email to [email protected].
