upload reports ie PAYMENT SUMMARY ETC

Question

Am i right in thinking we cannot upload our payment summary reoprts etc to new portal? If so what is suggested we do for our records.

 Thanks for using Sage City 
 I notice this query hasn't had a community response. 
 I'm assuming that you've recently moved from Sage Employee Online Services to Sage HR Online Services there. 
 Online Documents as known in Sage Employee Online Services is soon to be discontinued, and no longer available after you've moved to your new portal. As a result this does mean the process you used where you uploaded payment summary reports directly from payroll to your online portal is no longer available. 
 As an alternative, you could save the report as a file on your computer and store them for your records this way. 
 However, if you have the Core HR module in Sage HR Online Services, it's possible to save the report as a file on your computer, then upload the document to Sage HR Online Services. 
 Whether you have this Core HR module already will depend on your subscription. You may have it included as part of your package with Sage or if you have subscribed to the Core HR and Leave Management module after the move. 
 If you don't have the Core HR module already, then it is available to subscribe to, but please be aware there would be an additional cost. This document function for Core HR has features not available in Online Documents before, such as being able to sign documents digitally, as well as allowing employees to be able to upload documents themselves too.
