Thank you for the information but it did not help as only comes up when putting information in or wages, it doesn't come up in the reminder section in calendar

Thanks for coming back.

As a workaround, you could remove the previous sickness details from employee record > Absence > S.S.P. > Previous PIW tab - but I realise you may want to keep the historical sickness records.
