I have completed a supplier payment run today, however I am unable to get the E-payment icon to work. It seems to be since I installed V31 upgrade. Has anyone had any problems with this?

Thanks for your post.
If the option is "greyed out" then that suggest it just need to be activated again. You can do this in Company > Settings > Bank tab.
At this stage I'm not sure why that may have happened.

Hi Andy,
I called Sage support earlier and they have advised me that Version 31 hadn't fully installed on my laptop. I had to un-install Sage 50 and re-install. This then resolved the issue.
