Have you tried to delete the figure and the re enter the correct amount? 

It may be best to restore an earlier back up and try this again.

Yevgen, how are you entering the amounts - are you typing it directly into the screen or are you uploading a timesheet? 

Do you by any chance use commas instead of periods when writing numbers eg 40 hours would be written as 40,00 rather than 40.00?

Its very strange. That sounds like a background setting somewhere - whether it is in sage or your own environment I can't say. 

I can say without doubt that if I type "32" in the Hours/No field in my sage payroll system it does not multiply it up it just shows it as 32.0000  (32, a decimal point and then 4 decimal places). 

The reason I think it is a setting at your end is your picrures show the numbers as 320000,0000 - no decimal point but a comma.  Even if I type 320000 in it displays it as 320000.0000.  Unfortunately all I can suggest would be to contact Sage Technical Support team to see if they can help you.  Sorry I can't be of more help.

Unless of course you are actually typing 32,0000 - in which case it would ignore the comma and show it as 320000.0000

Hi Yevgen, just looking at this, can you check your regional settings and locale in Windows to make sure both are set to UK / United Kingdom?
