Leaver on the 3rd of the month.

Question

We have processed our May payroll and submitted to HMRC. 
 All our employees are monthly paid and were paid on 31/05/2025. 
 Unfortunately, we now have a leaver on 3rd June. 
 This in our mind is a June payroll adjustment but we cannot make him a leaver on 3rd June because when we enter this date he disappears from the pay run. 
 We have holiday pay and adjustments to make. 
 
 How do we deal with this ? 
 No we need to adjust our May pay run ?

Hello Michael 
 Yes, in your position I would process him as a leaver in June's payroll. When you say he disappears when you enter this date, have you updated your June payroll with his final pay and holiday pay and then used the Make employee a leaver link? Have you got the criteria set to show current leavers (box not ticked)?
