Hi there

I am not sure what has happened. I have processed the weekly payroll as I normally do however the FPS date is 27/6/25 for one employee however the last updated is 4/7/25. Please can you advise? 

I am getting a message saying the program has calculated this employee is entitlied to receive a refund.
