HMRC has pushed back the start date for mandatory payrolling of benefits in kind—from 6 April 2026 to 6 April 2027.

Thank you Andy, we do have the HMRC information of the postponement, however our group of companies are wanting to payroll BIK from April 2026 and I have now registered them for this date. In preparation we will be informing employees of this change a couple of months before as we will be submitting P11D for YE 25/26 and from April 2026 they will be taxed on their BIKs through payroll (mainly health insurance).
