P11D v27 module back up is not working

The backup on my P11D v27 module is not working, how can I get it to back up my data?

Hi Julie, Thanks for using Sage City, and apologies for the delay in my reply. I wondered if there is an error message displayed when you try to back up. If we can get this error message we can help to narrow the issue down. Alternatively, I'd try backing up to an alternative location for now to see if it's an issue with where you are backing up to.
