You need to select Hybrid Electric for this. The Diesel option is only applicable if the vehicle is powered solely by Diesel fuel.

P11D Admin Password. P11D

The administrator who set this up has left  the company and has not advised the director  and we cannot get in to upgrade the P11 software and do the P11D - Please can you advisor how - we do this .the p11D - When you go in comes up Administraor and password - we cant log  - await advise - Can you send us a reset ? await reply

It's not possible to remotely reset this, but you could contact Sage Technical Support for a password decode.

Please note, the support agent will need to run through some security checks with you before proceeding with a decode.
