HMRC advise only the value of the private mileage should be put through, like a credit or token.

• Business mileage SHOULD NOT be put through
• Records should be kept of what is private and what is business
• If records not kept, the total value of fuel card should be recorded

Hi Andy,

That didnt answer my question, i am fully aware of the points you just made, and as stated i need to declare the total cost of the fuel.

My question is .... where do i enter the total cost of the fuel card within the P11d software so that it shows on the P11d? ? 

There is no option for FUEL ONLY benefit  within the list of benefits  ?????
