P11D V29 no reports will print nor preview

Question

I have updated from V28 to V29, updated all the benefits but am unable to Preview or print any of the reports. No reports show in the Horizontal Reports section and if i click on any folder I get "Run-time error" and Sage closes down. 
 I need to preview/print the reports to check everything. 
 Any advice?

Hi David, Thanks for using Community Hub. The following article explains how to check the access to the required folders which is often the source of this issue: Error Reports - 'Runtime...' > The default paths for the software and data are: Software: C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage 50 P11D v29.0 
 Data: C:\program data\Sage 50 P11D\29.0 If the problem persists, please confirm and share the software and data location by reply and we can look at the best way to resolve this, thanks. Regards, Andy Sage UKI
