P11D Figures to submit when taxed through payroll

Question

Good Morning, 
 I think I am doing it right but having a panic. We have been set up to process medical benefits via payroll for a few years and for some reason I am questioning myself on the amount to put in the amount made good box. From and HMRC webinar they say to put the amount made good or the amount they have been taxed on, which is what I do but then when I have looked on Sage help is says to enter teh amount from which the tax has been deducted:

If taxed via payroll go into the employer's declaration and add the total cost of the benefit for all employees and it will calculate the Class 1a NIC due save having to do it individually, add in the description medical taxed via payroll.

 Its the same thing, just worded differently - you are recording the value of the payrolled BIK that they have been taxed on

Ooh, hang on a mo. If you have been payrolling the benefit (processing it through payroll using a Benefit In Kind pay element) then you DO NOT submit a P11D. They have already been taxed on it. You only use the P11D for benefits that have not been payrolled. 
 You will still need to send an employer P11D(b)
