I have used the template to try and import EE numbers and email addresses to the Sage P11D module - the EE numbers have imported ok but not the email addresses. I rang sage and they said the format of the email was not correct - that it had to be a hyperlink. So I changed all to hyperlinks and still didn't work. I've noticed when I save and close the file and open it again the hyperlinks are gone again.
Any ideas?
