Emailing P11Ds to employeees

Question

Is there any way to edit the message to tell employees that the password to open their P11D is their NI number? I know I can edit before sending but I have nearly 600 P11Ds

Although I would suggest that you consider the security implications of indicating the nature of the password on a document with a password.
