Having now moved all of our employees to payrolled benefits from the start of the 2025-6 tax year in advance of HMRC's requirement to do so in the near future, I no longer need the software. We are invoiced on an annual basis and current expiry is January 2026. Is there a specific line or e-mail address someone can provide in order to commence the cancellation process?
