I too would like an explanation.  Did I miss a communication where the increase was explained?  An increase of well over double without any warning is poor account management.

Thanks for posting and sincere apologies for the pricing confusion. There was an error when we processed some of our annual renewals. Any incorrect invoices should now have been credited. Here's a copy of the communication that was issued on Friday last week:

The invoice still shows the full amount, although the amount outstanding has been reduced.  I need either an invoice for the correct value or a copy of the credit note has been applied please.

Look under Billing >> Credit notes - they're kept separate from the invoices just to confuse you (it confused me for a moment anyway!)
