Thanks for your post, and apologies for the frustration this had caused.

I checked with our product development team and they confirmed that this issue will be resolved in the v31 release which is currently anticipated for March / April.

Thanks Andy.  If they're so sure then why is the Kb above not updated with info.  Therefore, I think we may well end up avoiding v31 and use alternative methods.
