Automatic enrolment letters

When I look in my pension correspondence to send tab, some employees have not been picked up, is there a delay if they are paid weekly, I'm sure I haven't noticed any before?

Hi Julie,

Thanks for using Community Hub.

SPC letters should be produced as soon as the assessment has been run and a letter is required. Have you been running an assessment and if so what has happened to the employee? Are they new starters or have they been postponed, or re-enrolled? that should help us to get to the bottom of it.
