I've come to export my pension file in readiness to upload to The Peoples Partnership and an error message has been flagged against an employee's members upload details and a message at the header of the report to say 'unable to export files for Peoples Pension'. Yet when I try to view all errors the payroll is shutdown. It looks as though the problem lies with a new members details file, as this is where the red flag is set against. Any guidance would be appreciated.

This sounds like an error coming from the 'The Peoples Pension' side rather than Sage 50 Payroll. If they can advise of possible causes of the error, then we can help to resolve that.
