I've come to export my pension file in readiness to upload to The Peoples Partnership and an error message has been flagged against an employee's members upload details and a message at the header of the report to say 'unable to export files for Peoples Pension'. Yet when I try to view all errors the payroll is shutdown. It looks as though the problem lies with a new members details file, as this is where the red flag is set against. Any guidance would be appreciated.
