No new pension letters have been generated recently inc new starter auto enrolement letters

Thanks for using Community Hub 
Were the employees enrolled by the Pension Assessment? If you were to assign the schemes manually for example instead of running the assessment, the letters wouldn't generate.
This can also occur if the employment type in the employee's record is set to 'Deemed'. There's more information on this in our No letters appear in Send Pension Correspondence guide.
