Captcha on pension module load takes nearly two minutes

The recently added Captcha check on loading the pension module for Assessments or the Pension Exchange doesnt work right and takes me nearly two minutes to complete. How can I stop this? It is already such an impractical module that takes longer to use than the old csv uploads as we still have to log on and process the payment on Nest anyway, so what used to be a single step process to upload and submit the pension is now utterly irritating two step task. 

I even recorded it on my phone becuase people didnt believe me - or I am a robot, and thats why it keeps failing.

    This problem is still not resolved for me and when I called the accountants support and spoke to an agent to show him the problem I am having, he refused to look at my screen and fobbed me off with a support article that talks about captchas on website or within a browser. If he had looked at my screen, as I had asked, he would have seen it is within your actual software and not in a web browser that I have any control over. How long am I supposed to not upload my pensions for until this gets resolved?!?! What do I tell my clients? Your software doesnt work? Thier reply will be, find better software!
