I have an employee who was auto-enrolled in the July payroll. In their employee record, the active membership date is showing as 6/8/25. When I run the pension assessment to process their opt out (date 8/8/25) the pension module won’t automatically process a refund but it’s well within the time limit. This has happened on a number of occasions and processing it through enter payments doesn’t remove the YTD figures; why isn't the pension module doing the refund?
