We have claimed the Employment Allowance and it is ticked in settings. But my EPS says n/a.

    I notice this query has slipped through without a community response, sorry for the late reply but I thought I’d pop something back to you :)

    This is normal, as Employment Allowance data is only submitted on the EPS to HMRC when you are first submitting your application to claim it (or if you notify them you are no longer claiming it). The EPS for each subsequent period does not require any Employment Allowance flag or data on it, as HMRC calculate it automatically using the FPS liability each period once it is approved.
