As long as you have completed your Month 12 payroll, you can move on to doing your Month 1 for the 24/25 tax year and run your year end process when you are ready. (deadline for the year end submission is the 19th of April)

I would advise taking a glance at this guide to make sure you are set up and ready to go for month 1: Prepare for the new tax year
