I would be very grateful if someone could help.
I completed the year end process 3 times for 3 separate companies in Sage 50 Payroll but the process map did not mark any of the tasks as completed.
I have followed the process and I have produced the P60s and the Year End submissions are showing in the Submissions Log in e-submissions with the status Success and the detail of each says they were received by HMRC.
I'm just a bit worried as the process map didn't mark them as done and it always has every other year. If I go to start the year end process again and choose the tax year it is still not marking it as completed.
I just wondered if this has happened to anyone else or if anyone can put my mind at rest?
