Hi my accountant is doing our end of year books and has asked me to provide
Payroll Summaries for the year
Support for the pension fund balance owed at year end.
Support for PAYE owed at year end, is this the P32 showing months 1-12.
Can any one help as Ive no idea what to provide - is there a report I can send ?
The problem with the P32 is that it only works for the current tax year, and unless your accounts year matches with the tax year it will only be able to provide part data.
For our year end (which ran 01/08/20xx to 31/07/20xy) we used:
Payroll Summaries
Ensure the criteria excludes nobody: 
("current year" means "current tax year") and use
Reports>>Employee>>Payment Summary History Part 1 - By Date (PYSMHSP1B)
but you could use by Employee (PYSMHSP1) if you'd rather it was ground by employee by date as opposed to by date by employee
Pension Balance owed
The above gives the total employee and Employer contributions taken.
From your accounts you should have the balance at the start of the year in your pension liabilities. Add the totals above to the liability, subtract the payments made (in your accounts pension liabilities) and the result should match the pension liability at year end
Your pension providers may have reports which confirm receipt of the monies.
PAYE
The above report gives the PAYE owed, any Student loans owed, Employee and employer NI and can be reconciled against the accounts as for pensions
You can get the relevant months information from your HMRC login portal which can provide a summary of each pay month charges and payments made against them.
