This will be related to your activation key / licence, you may have a new activation key or your licence my just need a refresh.

If you have a Payroll subscription this can be resolved by opening Tools > Upgrade Program > Update.

If that doesn't resolve the disparity you can contact Sage Technical Support and they can give you an updated key.

Ultimately though this won't affect any processing or access to features.
