Problem setting up bank feeds - 'connecting...'

Hi,

I am setting up Sage Sole Trader for the first time. 

When setting up Bank Feeds (using Edge or Chrome),I am able to complete the process and Plaid returns a message to say that process has completed. However, in Sage Sole Trader, the process seems to be stuck and returns the 'Connecting...' message below

I have set up connections with Barclays and PayPal.

In the App (Android) I get the following error message in the Banking tab:

Any thoughts?
