How to deal with withholding tax on foreign income

Suggested

I have been paid (in UK equivalent) for work carried on abroad.  They have taken 10% of my total earnings as withholding tax, which I will not claim back.  How do I enter this information into Sage, saying that I've already paid the 10% tax in the other country?  For example, I had £1000 before tax, they took off £100 and now I'm left with £900.  If I put in the £1000, I am liable currently to pay 20% tax on that £1000, if I put in £900 and I'm liable again for 20% tax which would be £180, and I should just have to pay the extra £100 in tax. Hope that makes sense.  I'm n on the free version of Sole Trader.
