Thanks for your post and sorry to read of your frustration with that balance.

Just to check, have you been through the Completed and the Draft options and have you changed the date range, expanding it to make sure transactions haven't been filtered out?

I/ve tried all the date ranges & by month.  I've deleted all the references to the amounts too.  They were DVLA monthly payments which I'm wondering if the AI automatically categorised & hasn't forgotten

I'm wondering if its only on my custom Trial balance this anomaly appears?
